Register for Toll Free Number Verification
Beginning September 30th, 2022 mobile carriers will be requiring businesses using Toll Free Numbers to verify their use case.
There is no added cost for verification, though failure to verify your Toll Free use case will result in decreased delivery from your Toll Free routes.
Requirements: To verify your Toll Free number you must produce a compliant Call to Action on your website. This is the form where your contacts are providing their consent to receive messages from you. This form must also contain a disclaimer like:
"By providing your number you agree to receive messages from [Business Name]. Message & Data Rates Apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to Opt Out. Text HELP for help."
Note: You will only need to submit one application regardless of how many Toll Free Numbers are active in your account.
